This is to inform you that Mr.V. Venugopal, Manager of the Company was reappointed for a term of one year from August 14, 2019 to August 13, 2020. His tenure will expire on August 13, 2020. Accordingly, Mr V. Venugopal will cease to be the Manager of the Company with effect from August 14, 2020.
