We regret to inform that Mr. S. Samuel, former Managing Director of Harrisons Malayalam Ltd. and former Managing Director of CEAT Ltd., passed away on 19 December 2025 at Bangalore.

Under his leadership, Harrisons Malayalam Ltd. expanded significantly by establishing new manufacturing facilities and diversifying into multiple business ventures. In 1997, he went on to become Managing Director at CEAT Ltd. (RPG Group) and later served as a Supervisory Board Member of RPG Enterprises until his retirement in 1999.

The funeral service will be held at 2:30 PM on 23 December 2025 at St. Mark’s Cathedral, Bangalore, followed by burial at Hosur Road Cemetery, Bangalore.
